Together we can achieve more
OneRichmond is a place-based funder which means all the money we raise in the area, stays in the area.
Through our grants programme, we support local charities and organisations across the Richmond borough who are delivering services and support for our local community.
Entrusting us with your donation helps to build this chain of support. We can direct funds where they will have the most impact in our local community, and you can be confident you’re supporting change right here on your doorstep.
How we do it
We use our networks to build relationships with people who want to make a difference locally.
We advocate on behalf of local people and ensure that the funds raised here, stay here, and directly benefit the community.
We connect funders with local organisations to channel funding and resources where they are needed most.
Our impact
Thanks to support from our local community, we are already making a difference to lives across Richmond.
To date, we have given out more than £220,000 in grants, including £100,000 to support vulnerable young people most affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. Local organisations we have funded include:
- Richmond AID, to employ a part-time trainee adviser to help provide budgeting, benefits and money advice.
- Art & Soul, to run a series of creative workshops supporting young people’s mental health.
- TAG Youth Club, to provide short-breaks, day trips and activities for young people with additional needs.
